Prof. Fatma Güney, who continues her research at KUIS AI Center and is a faculty member in Computer Engineer at Koç University, has been awarded a Starting Grant by the European Research Council (ERC), one of Europe's most prestigious scientific research grants, with her project titled "ENSURE: ENabling Self-Driving in Uncertain Real Environments".
Koç University School of Nursing Shines on the Global Stage – Türkiye’s First and Only International
In a groundbreaking achievement, Koç University School of Nursing (KUSON) has become the first and only internationally accredited institution in Türkiye in the field of nursing. This prestigious recognition was granted by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) – Higher Education Accreditation Council for the United States in 2016, marking a significant milestone for the institution.
Prof. Çağatay Başdoğan received Test of Time (ToT) Award.
A technical article written by Prof. Çağatay Başdoğan, which was published by IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications in 2004, received the Test of Time (ToT) Award. The award was given to one paper only in each year and the paper was selected from a large pool of papers published between 2004 and 2013, inclusively. Wholehearted congratulations to Prof. Çağatay Başdoğan, for his outstanding achievement, and best wishes for his continued success.
