The Cellular and Molecular Medicine (CAMM) Program is an interdisciplinary PhD program that encompasses several scientific fields such as Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Physiology, Pharmacology and Biochemistry. It aims to train scientists at the cellular and molecular level with a direct impact on the understanding of human physiology and diseases. The PhD graduates of this program will have a strong scientific training and will be able to make advances for understanding, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of human diseases.

Master’s with Thesis
The “Cellular and Molecular Medicine Master’s with Thesis Program” which is conducted by Koç University Graduate School of Health Sciences is a preliminary preparation for the “Cellular and Molecular Medicine Doctorate Program” and contributes to the training of highly qualified manpower to increase our country’s knowledge-based competitiveness at the global level. This qualified manpower, serves the development of our country’s health service and industry, ensuring its continuity and universal solution of health problems. Scientists trained in this program will have the capacity to conduct laboratory research at the cellular and molecular level, which has a direct impact on understanding diseases, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases.

Program Fees
There exists a wide spectrum of financial aid and scholarship opportunities and packages for graduate students at the Graduate School of Health Sciences. These include “KU Graduate Scholarship” funded by Koç University (%25, %50, %75, %100), BİDEB scholarship funded by TÜBITAK, Türkiye Scholarships, “Project-based Graduate Scholarship” co-funded by external sources such as TÜBİTAK, EU, industry through projects and Koç University. Nursing PhD program offers 100% scholarship (full exemption from tuition fees) for all candidates who meet the criteria.
- 25% discount is applied to Koç University graduates.
- In addition to the graduates discount or independently, students can be given scholarships at different percentages depending on their success.
- Students with scholarship are determined by the Science Committee of the Graduate School of Health Sciences.
- Students who study part-time in Cellular and Molecular Medicine Master’s with Thesis and PhD programs cannot receive a scholarship. Discounts can be applied with the decision of the Science Committee of the Graduate School of Health Sciences.
