Our part time faculty member and also an Anamed 2019-2020 Post-Doctoral Fellow Dr. Semih Çelik’s Project offer titled “A Contribution to Debates on Commercialization of Agriculture in the Ottoman Empire: Agricultural Production in Biga District, 1840-1860” received support approval under TUBİTAK-ARDEB’s “1001-Supporting Scientific and Technological Research Projects Program”. Assoc. Prof. Yonca Köksal of History Department, will be the consultant of the project.

Dr. Ergin Bulut received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Communications Research at the University of Illinois in 2014.

European Commission has awarded a Twinning Action grant to Koç University for the proposal “Building the Future: Excelling in Computational and Quantitative Social Sciences in Türkiye”, submitted by Associate Professor Erdem Yörük from the Sociology Department.
